Privacy Policy
Last updated July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ultrdev (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Ultrdev platform. Websites and stores built by our customers are controlled by those customers, who are responsible for their own visitors' data.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email, and profile image from that provider.
- Content you create — the websites, pages, products, blog posts, and files you build or upload.
- Billing information — your plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage & device data — basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and first-party analytics such as page-view counts (collected on storefronts only after visitor consent).
- Cookies— an essential cookie keeps you signed in; optional first-party analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See “Cookies” below.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- To create and manage your account and process your subscription;
- To send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts, notifications);
- To prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms;
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Service providers we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the Service. Each processes data only as needed:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, storage, and content delivery.
- Stripe — subscription billing and, for merchants, payment processing and identity verification (KYC). Stripe is a separate data controller for payment data.
- Firebase (Google) — social and federated sign-in.
- Resend — delivery of transactional email.
- AI providers — when you use AI features, the prompt and relevant context are sent to our AI provider(s) to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we also set a first-party analytics cookie to count page views. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account and the websites associated with it, and cancel any active subscription. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records) or in backups for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your details in your dashboard, delete your account from Billing, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Security
We protect your data with measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and session tokens, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any issue.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
