Terms of Service
Last updated July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ultrdev (the “Service”), operated by Ultrdev (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Plans, trials, billing, and renewals
- The Service offers paid plans (currently Starter, Pro, and Enterprise). Every new account begins with a 3-day free trial of the plan you choose. No payment details are required to start the trial.
- When the trial ends, the account is locked until you add a payment method: your websites and data remain stored and you can still sign in, but you cannot create, edit, or publish until a subscription is active.
- Plans are billed in advance through our payments provider, Stripe, either monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is offered at a 30% discount against twelve monthly payments and is charged as a single payment for the year.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard.
- Plans may be upgraded at any time — Stripe prorates the difference on your existing subscription. We do not offer downgrades to a cheaper plan; if a plan no longer suits you, you may cancel the subscription or delete your account.
- When you cancel, the plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account is locked as described above. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- If a renewal payment fails, we allow a short grace period; if payment is still not resolved after it, the account is locked until payment succeeds.
- Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change takes effect.
3. Your content and websites
You retain ownership of the content, products, and websites you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
4. Selling through your store & payments
- If you sell products, you connect your own Stripe account. Payments from your customers are processed by Stripe and paid to you directly. We are not the seller or merchant of record for your sales.
- You are responsible for your products, order fulfilment, customer service, refunds, taxes, and compliance with all laws applicable to your business, including consumer protection and Stripe's own terms.
- Where enabled, we may charge a platform fee on your sales, disclosed before it applies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- publish or sell malware, illegal goods, adult content involving minors, hateful or harassing content, or fraudulent or deceptive schemes;
- send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits or security;
- resell or provide the Service in a way that competes with us without permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or security risk.
6. AI features
Some features generate content using third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, Your Content may be deleted; export anything you want to keep beforehand.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Québec, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
